# How to Freeze/Disable User Account

* Click **Admin Menu** on the top-right corner of the platform.
* From the drop-down menu, click **Users**
* Search for the user using **Search for Users** box
* Under **STATUS** column, click the green tick mark once to freeze/disable user account

Once deactivated, user will not be able to login to their account.

* Under **STATUS** column, Click the grey circle once to activate learner account
