# How to view and download course reports

The following instructions and associated snapshots will guide you as to how to view and download reports of a course that you manage on the learning portal.

**To view and download reports of a course that you manage:**

* Open your internet browser and navigate to the learning portal website address
* Click the **SIGN IN** button at the top-right corner
* On the pop-up window, write your *Username* and *Password*

* Click **SIGN IN**
* You will land on *Home Page*
* Click **User Menu** *icon,* locate and click **Manage Your Courses**

* On the new tab window, you will land on *Course Management Page,* this page lists all courses that you manage

* Choose a course, click on the course title
* You will land on *Course Properties Page*, click **REPORTS** tab

* Scroll to *User Statistics* or *Training Materials Statistics* tabs
* Select the report criteria you require including *Enrollment Status (Active Enrollments or Archived Enrollments)*, *Export as (CSV or Excel)*, click **DOWNLOAD** icon

* On the pop-up window, wait few moments until your report is ready to download, click **DOWNLOAD**
