How to access a course you are enrolled in (resume your learning)

The following instructions and associated snapshots will guide you as to how to access a course you are enrolled (resume your learning) on the learning portal.

This guide explains how to locate courses assigned to your account within Arabian Child Learning Platfrom.

Step 1: Sign In

How to sign into your account

1. Open your internet browser and navigate to the learning portal website address

2. Click the SIGN IN button at the top-right corner

3. On the pop-up window, write your Username and Password

After signing in successfully, you will be redirected to the Home Page.

Step 2: Access Your Courses

1. You will land on Home Page

2. Click User Menu icon

   
3. From your dashboard, locate the My Courses (or My Learning) section.

   
4. You will find all the courses that you are enrolled in

   

You should now see all courses assigned to your account.

Troubleshooting

I cannot see my course

• Verify you are signed into the correct account

• Refresh your browser

• Confirm enrollment with your administrator
