# How to download your certificate (method #1)

The following instructions and associated snapshots will guide you as to how to view and download your course certificate (method #1) on the learning portal.

**To view and download your course certificate (method #1):**

* Open your internet browser and navigate to the learning portal website address
* Click the **SIGN IN** button at the top-right corner
* On the pop-up window, write your *Username* and *Password*

* Click **SIGN IN**
* You will land on *Home Page*
* Click **User Menu** *icon,* locate and click **All My Courses**

* You will land on *All My Courses Page,* this page lists all courses you enrolled into (free and paid) on the platform
* Choose a course marked as *Completed*, click on the course widget
* You will land on *Learner View and Course Player Page*, click **DOWNLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATE**
