# How to join a live learning session

Live learning sessions on the Arabian Child Learning Platform allow you to attend scheduled training with an instructor in real time.

### Joining your live session

#### 1. Sign in to the Arabian Child Learning Platform

Open the **Arabian Child Learning Platform** and sign in using your registered account.

#### 2. Open your courses

From the platform menu, go to **My Courses and Learning Plans**.

This page contains the courses and learning programs that have been assigned to you or that you are currently enrolled in.

Find the course containing your scheduled live session. Select the **course card** to open it.

#### 3. Check your session

Inside the course, you will see the session you are enrolled in.

Check the:

* **Session name**
* **Date**
* **Start time**
* **Event details**
* **Online meeting information**

If the course contains multiple events, make sure you select the correct event for the day.

#### 4. Click **Join**

When the live session becomes available, a **Join** or **Join the Webinar** button will appear.

Click the button to enter your live session.

**Can't see the Join button?**

The Join button may only become available shortly 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Check the session date and time, then refresh the page when the session is about to begin.

#### 5. Open the online meeting

The Arabian Child Learning Platform will direct you to the online meeting service used for the session.

The session will be on **Microsoft Teams.**

Your browser may ask you whether you want to:

* Open the meeting application
* Continue in your browser
* Allow microphone or camera access

#### 6. Join the live session

Once the meeting platform opens, follow its instructions to enter the session.

You are now ready to attend your live learning session.

Whenever possible, access the live session through the **Join button inside the Arabian Child Learning Platform** rather than using a separately shared meeting link.

Joining through the learning platform helps ensure that you access the correct scheduled session.

If you are still unable to access your live session, contact the **Arabian Child Learning Support Team** and provide:

* Your full name
* Your registered email address
* The course name
* The session date and time
* A screenshot of the issue
